Approximately one hour by car via the A38. Taxi or hire-car advised — the winding final stretch to the village is part of the pleasure.
Totnes railway station
Approximately twenty-five minutes by taxi. Great Western and CrossCountry services run from London Paddington and the north of England.
Plymouth
Fifteen miles east on the A38 — roughly twenty-five minutes from the city centre.
